"Called the Chesapeake Square Mall location 3 times concerning a Christmas purchase that had not been picked up by the carrier yet- 1st time no answer, 2nd time put on hold forever!! And the manager never came back on the line, 3rd time (now) they have put the phone down next to register lol. Another example of trash customer service. "It's your typical sad mall shoe store. They have decent selection and the staff are super excited that you just walked in and are alive. The store was clean and the service was friendly but the whole place had that air of depressive impending death that mall's all over the country are experiencing. My biggest issue was that they just didn't have any shoes like I was looking for and honestly how can a brick and mortar store compete with internet for selection and variety? Sucks to be retail sales in the digital age"
"Went to this location after searching high and low for a specific shoe. I dealt with other locations before and I always got some type of bad customer service. After calling this location, Samiah was nice enough to go above and beyond to put the shoe on hold. When I got to the store, I was greeted imminently and surprisingly by Samiah. She then handled me at the register and also suggested other items that also peeked my attention. I will be coming back to this location for sure!"
