"Why does Virginia Burlington look like this why isn't there more selection of clothes.Even down to the children undergarments. It's like you have to make a wish to find items. The selection of clothes look like hand me downs and very few items. This store needs a whole new wardrobe makeover I wouldn't mind spending my money but the selection needs to be better.I went to 2t boys if it was 10 items on the rack that was alot."

"Store could have a lot more business if it was organized and cleaned up. Bathrooms and dressing rooms should be clean and available during business hours. More cashiers are needed. Why are boys and girls clothes mixed together? The same is true for other departments. There is something very wrong with the stocking system. The manger can do much better. I believe people would love the store if you carried more selections and if the above changes were made."

"I had to go to lenscrafters to pick up my glasses but unfortunately they were not ready, so I decided to go for a stroll thru the stores that I missed shopping at years ago, I went through Burlington and I have found a few xmas gifts for some special people who are in my life, & I will return soon as xmas is getting closer, I loved the selections of coats and other fun things that I want to buy."

"Stood in line for over an hour to return items that don't fit because they closed there fitting rooms very inconvenient and the store is an absolute mess everything is everywhere no organization what so ever clothes on floor etc. Will not be returning to this location ever again."

"Store manager Tina was inconsiderate and rude. I attempted to return a food product that was terrible. When she finally got to the front to process the return she bluntly stated, “Oh…we don’t return food.” No explanation, no apology for the inconvenience, no remorse, or sense of customer service. As a store manger I expected more than a smug response to a dissatisfied customer. Called another store and they were happy to help me with this issue. Do better Tina or get a new job, customer service isn’t a good look for you baby girl."
