"I came in greeted the manager at the register and asked her if she wanted to do my return now or I could shop around and she said leave it over there. When I came back up front she was like you trying to return all this stuff and how she hate doing online returns and how the numbers never match the system. I get it we all have things we don’t like doing but to saying it to the customer and be nasty about it is the thing. I drove an hour away to do my return and to be treated so rudely by a manager at that. Really need to work on customers service."
