"We changed pharmacy twice because of the closings, this one by far is the worse. Called a week ago for refill, nothing, I went in person, they didn’t have it. You can’t talk to anyone or leave a message because the voicemail is always full. Every month they have to order the medicine and every month they are late, nine years with them and is getting worse and worse, RIDICULOUS!"

They don’t answer the phone, I never get a text when it is ready. I think they need a lot more staff, always busy when I go in. They aren’t just slacking off. The company needs to fix it."

"Initially I switched to this location because of their efficiency,friendliness and their supply.Over the past moth the efficiency has gotten worse and worse.My doctor put in an rx on Thursday.I went in to check Friday around 4pm and was told it would be 7pm.7pm came and went.Saturday I called all day,no answer.Sunday morning no answer.I finally went in store around noon and I will say they got it ready for me in 15 mins.For those who call and get no answer just go in store"

"ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! I called in my refills on Monday - it's Friday and not a peep! This is the reason I left the Haygood store. Now CVS is trying to call you because I transferred my prescriptions to them, and their pharmacist just told me you won't answer the phone for them either. Ridiculous!"
