"This company is extremely unprofessional! I was trying to have them come and fix our Ice machine for us. Mind you I work for a military base which the ice machine is for. They continuously never show up call or even show up when they say they are. Then proceed to tell you it’s your fault. Ann that works answering the phone has no customer service skills. Every time we call them give us a new appointment date and when we call to confirm they are still coming Ann says they are booked up and the best they can do is the following week. It’s not hard to see why they only have a 3 star rating. But then again it should honestly be lower. Save your time and money and go somewhere else."

"I had the privilege of having THE OWNER come to my house to repair my Samsung dryer. He replaced the heating element unit and the dryer worked for about two loads before not heating anymore. He came back and replaced the high limit thermostat and told my wife he believed the problem was in the house ventilation duct. He insisted he wouldn’t return until it was cleaned out. We had someone come by to clean the vent and minimal lint was removed but no clogs. The actual problem was a faulty after market part not adequate for my dryer. Another company I used brought the correct part and ran tests and the dryer has worked ever since (appx 4 months ago). It took Larry 4 attempts and he couldn’t fix the issue. I paid him nearly $300 and when I called the office and expressed my frustration and asked for a refund, he threatened to come to my house to retrieve the parts he left in the dryer!! Instead of subtracting the cost of parts from the total refund which would have been reasonable, he saw fit to schedule a visit, forcing me to miss work, to retrieve his faulty parts! I’ve seen more professionalism from pimple-faced McDonald’s cashiers than this 70 year old repairman! This poor excuse of a man is not qualified to repair Samsung products and you must definitely make sure they have authorization or certification to repair whatever brand you have if you still feel brave enough to use this company. I truly hope you choose not to!"

"Caveat emptor!!!!!!! Most rude unprofessional owner. Hung up on me when I questioned why they didn’t test it before they left. He proceeded to tell me that it was physically impossible to test it but he would have to wait for the ice to freeze and then come back 24 hours later. I don’t care. I paid $500 it should work. They don’t care about anything but making money anyway possible. It’s $89 just to come out and look at it. Refrigerator was not dispensing water and therefore not making ice. But they replaced all kinds of parts that didn’t need exchanging. New ice maker etc. they want to charge me another $89 to come back out. Watch out the only thing they care about is taking as much of your your money as possible. This is a complete scam. Pay attention to the bad reviews. There’s a reason for it. Worst customer service ever."

"I took a chance on Mobile Appliance Repair and I'm glad I did. Our washer was leaking and I wanted someone to look at it asap. I spoke with Larry who was very personable and scheduled Jake to be at our house between 11am and 1pm. I received a call before Jake's arrival letting me know he was on the way. He arrived in a timely manner and fixed the problem. He made sure the washer was working properly before he left and answered several of my questions about keeping a front loading washer clean. I will definitely use Mobile Appliance Repair for future repair needs and recommend them to others."

"I have used this company since 2007. Every time I move, I still call them. I've had them out for my fridge, two different dryers, and my dishwasher. They are always thorough and conscientious. They are usually able to come out same day. Today, Jake came out for my dryer. It was making an awful noise. I showed him how it was acting and he was able to immediately diagnose the problem. The best thing about this company is that they almost always have the part on the truck. Only once did I need something special ordered. Today the part was on the truck and now my dryer is working great again. He vacuumed out the entire unit and did some preventative maintenance as well. Price is great and they offer a military discount! He was on time and gone within the hour. They call with a 2 hour window the morning of service and he was here at the beginning of that window. They usually call to tell you when they are on the way too. Great company, great service, great pricing! Highly recommend to anyone who needs a repair."
