"Alex the store manager went so far and above what I would expect from any employee at any store not just Gamestop. I walked in with a major problem and he got on the phone with customer service and would not let them go before they had helped me. It took about an hour an not once did Alex act like I was wasting his time. I can not thank Alex enough for what he did. The store is SUPER well stocked and extremely clean and tidy. I will make sure to stop there each and every time I have video game needs regardless that there are 10 Gamestops within 10 miles of this location. The customer service at this Gamestop is so outstanding I would drive out of my way to visit this store. To me customer service is key and Alex BLEW me away. Thanks!"

"Horrible customer service with absolutely NO quality control on used products. I came here with a good friend who wanted to buy a quality PS4. Needless to say we came to the wrong place. Upon purchase, the cashier and manager both separately assured us that the product would have all the data wiped and would be as good as a new console. This could not have been further from the truth. Aside from the scuffed paint and mix-matched controller, the PS4 had 42 available gigs out of 500. We turned on the PlayStation, within 20 minutes of purchase, only to find other user profiles, games, and personally identifiable information was still saved on the console. Remember, we clarified this twice, both with the cashier and the manager prior to purchasing the device. When we brought it back they scolded us and we're rudely unhelpful, stating loudly "well it only needs to be wiped, it's not a big deal MAN!". Not even so much as an apology or admitting of fault. When a customer is provided with a lower grade product then promised, at least be willing to admit fault when you clearly fall short. I will not be returning here and would recommend no one else buys anything from this establishment. Poor customer service in addition to sub-par products equals a waste of time."
