"Came with a laundry card full of money to wash my clothes. Apparently my card isn’t working anymore. I tried hundreds of times to scan my card to start my load. It would NOT work. I had confirmed it had a balance on the website, so no issue there. Money is tight, so I can’t afford to put money on a new card. A gentleman working here walked to my machine and put his own card in to pay for my load. What a fantastic gesture from a very kind person! I didn’t get his name, but I washed my clothes Sunday morning: January 14, 2024. Very clean facility. Plenty of WORKING machines. Been coming here for a few months. I’ll only stop coming when I get my new washing machine. Thank you!"

"Waste of time & money. They have all washers set in cold water refuse to fix them. Your clothes don't get clean. Everytime you put any setting in hot, warm it's truthfully only cold water. You think with any company they would fix there washers, but do not do as any astablishmemt should. I refuse to come back it's lies & about money in whole they don't care, and trick there ways to make money & none of it gets actually clean. I recommend you go else where!"

"ROACHES! After I saw the first roach (because there were many), I never sat down or placed my laundry bag on any surface. I saw where the owner responded to a previous reviewer that posted about the roaches by saying it was a lie. It's not a lie. It is the absolute truth. This laundromat has roaches. I'll gladly go back and snap a couple of pictures if needed."

"Instead of coins or tokens they use a card you carry a balance on. Impossible to just do one wash without paying extra because there is a minimum purchase with a credit/debit card to transfer money to the laundry card, and no one will break a bill. Even if you have small bills, the machines are priced in such a way as to leave a few cents on the cards always. 3.25 for the cheapest wash plus 0.35 for a dry cycle and the minimum you can put on the card to cover this is 4 bucks since it doesn't accept coins. Also if the soap vending machine is out of stock (it is) it still charges the card."

"Available of 6 different sizes of washer and 2 different sizes of dryer. Smallest $2.5/load to largest $10/load for washer. $0.75/ load for larger dryer and $0.50/load for small dryer. They give you discount only on smaller dryer from mid night to 6 am. Area is clean and customer service is good.... Wi-Fi free !!"
