"I dropped a 32 oz Gatorade on the floor, in an unwise attempt to carry a half dozen in my arms, breaking it. A very nice employee saw what I did and instantaneously went out of her way to make me feel unembarrassed by my gaffe. She scrambled for a cart to give me, ran to get a mop, then refused to charge me for the drink after I offered to pay for it. Great place. Great service. Friendly, charming employees. Give that girl assistant manager!"

I shouldn't have to look for the manager in the office and be told, I was watching I knew you were here....after I waited so long I went and asked an employee who was stocking and then waited for several minutes again the second time."
