"Team was friendly and amazingly helpful. I had no clue what my wife wanted, but with half of an old ticket they sluthed her perfect drink and saved me from a night of sleeping on the couch. Lessons learned; 1. Don't spill your wife's coffee. 2. This store can save your day, with a smile!."

"The last three visits to our Starbucks I’m Suffolk Virginia have been terrible. Not making the orders right. When we have asked to remake them they do but still screw them up. It’s just been very bad. Both location have had this issues. Today was the icing on the cake when they messed up both drinks again. Not made right at all. Added ice when it is clear we asked for no ice and then added sweet we to a black cold brew. The labels are clear and say what we wanted and they still can’t get it right. You literally just have to follow what’s on the label. I’m very tired of paying good money to not get a quality product. This feels intentional as well. They want to mess up the orders. I apologize if this is not the right way to respond back. I saw what Starbucks wrote and wanted to respond. The day I wrote this review I had already tried to reach out via the Starbucks website. Went to chat got a robot. Told the bot the issue that I stated above and then got transferred to a real person. At least that is what the sight said. Reality was I was on the chat for 10 minutes before “an agent joined the chat” from that point 6 more minutes with no answer from the “agent” so yeah they are no help and your little link you sent does not give me much hope that I’ll get appropriate customer service."

"Nice girls, nice service and amazing atmosphere. The coffe was ugly, expensive and fullllll of ice! No my fav place, however some times I pass by trying new drinks but any of those times not impressed. All time they have amazing service and staff."
