"When I try to buy something in a package. The package is empty. Store in a reck, shoe department is always messy. Two registers open with really long line. While employee's are all on the floor, a manager came to the front. Looked at the long lines and walked away. Just terrible customer service."
"It was terrible experience coming to Burlington, their fitting rooms are close always, restrooms were closed for the customers. And 1 cashier was serving 10s of customers, another 1 person was keeping herself busy with returning items. They were very slow and did not wanted to to be helpful and speeded up the checkout process. Several customers along with me left the lane. I don’t know how people left their 4 and 5 star reviews to the poor Burlington."
"Burlington always has something for everyone. The store was very well organized and clean."
"I stopped by here to search for an umbrella as a result of the storm that was pestering this side of town. This store was laid out very well but with no workers to help me find a few other things that I specifically needed for my spouse and son, this location is just okay for service. The cashiers at the front were all having fun and I wasn't called until one of the supervisors said something to the five standing there giggling and one cashier with a customer."
