"The pharmacy here is horrible. I called and an associate picked up the phone and just put it on the counter. I know this because I heard him do it and was nearby and went into the store where I could see and hear the voices on the phone. Just horrible customer service. No care or concern for the customers / patients. Something should be done. And the hold times are ridiculous, at least answer and acknowledge the call and ask the customer to hold on. Management needs to address the issues immediately"

"They have a hard time keeping things in stock and use lock cases for basic hygiene supplies. The pharmacy is never open. Even if you go during their posted business hours they'll tell you it's closed. A couple times I will go to the pick up counter because they are actively assisting customers and they tell me to my face it's closed. Even though they are clearly open. Once I understand, but I haven't been able to pick up a prescription for 2 weeks because of this."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. The pharmacist told me that one of my mom’s medications was filled and picked up at a different pharmacy, but wouldn’t tell me which pharmacy, and when I asked him to stop talking over me, he said “I’m done with you, you get nothing” and walked away while they were in the process of filling the other for her. She was just discharged from the nursing and rehab place and they messed up her meds, so she’s already been without for 2 weeks, and just because I asked him to not talk over me, after he had cut me off multiple times when i was trying to figure out if a employee at the facility maybe had taken and filled her script somewhere else, he decided to not give me her non-controlled medication. I called the chesterfield nonemergency number and had an officer come out, and when the officer came back from speaking with him, he told us how that prescription is a controlled substance and if something doesn’t seem right, they won’t fill it. I wasn’t trying to fill it, I was trying to figure out where it had been filled because he said it was filled and picked up four days after she left the facility. He more than likely profiled me because I have facial piercings and my boyfriend has colored hair and facial piercings as well. He’s clearly on a power trip and used to getting to run over people."

"Horrible service! Pharmacy rarely answers phone, I was ON HOLD 57 minutes yesterday before I was able to speak with someone, I was assured my RX would be ready on the 29th…… here I am at 6:40pm, and I have to wait minimum of 20 minutes for my RX’s……. Then I’m asked to move my car from drive thru window while I wait and make the line AGAIN. This place is unbelievable. I’m definitely switching pharmacies tomorrow!"
