"I go there often the service is always great but it's now well organised. It's way to crowded with items lined throughout the aisle. But I must say the do get a thumbs up for the selection and the many items in stock. Very rarely have I ever been here and they were out of whatever I needed. They do keep items in stock. So I have to say overall it is a good place to shop."

"Terrible customer service. My brother and I went up to this store and we were trying to refund something that we were wrongfully rung up for the night before. I worked all day and the store was closed when we noticed the issue. A black lady worked there up front when we were up there earlier today. We tried to explain to her the issue and she gave us a very nasty attitude and got mad at us because she thought that she knew what she was doing, but she didn't. She thought that for the prepaid code that my 12 YEAR OLD brother paid HIS OWN MONEY ($50) for the one that worked and the SIMPLE MOBILE code that we never asked for combined. She thought that we had a card, but we were never given one the night before. She then got mad at me for trying to explain the issue to her and then said that she has to call the manager there from the night before. Right before she stepped out to take the call, my brother and I were by the front counter and my mom asked me to buy her some cigarettes before we even got there, so I was asked to move out of the way for customers behind me after I told her that I needed to get the cigarettes. She then let the next customer in line purchase their stuff, so I repeated myself. After all of that, I FINALLY was able to purchase the cigarettes. After that, she walked outside to take the call. I then explained how my family are very loyal customers, then she got outside, on the phone with the other manager, started arguing with me and the other manager did too. I told her that I would inform corporate about this and asked for all of the $50 back only because the customer service was terrible and we wanted to shop elsewhere and then I was then told to never come back and I called the police to come and help. She let my brother back in, but not me, so i talked to the officer. Eventually, my little brother walked out with his money ($25 because the other code was the one we asked for) and i was then told again by police that I am never allowed back at the store. This lady is an ASSISTANT MANAGER by the way. I was talking to my brother about how we were treated and he agreed that it was not fair. I will be calling corporate and letting them know of this situation."
