"It has now been over 3 years since I ordered from Restaurant Depot through instacart. Just went and looked at their website under instacart to reorder the same items I ordered in October of 2020, and the items are still out of stock. What I call this is p*** poor management at the Restaurant Depot. How impossible is it to be out of the exact same items I want to order 3 years later? Bad Business."

"Extremely rude staff. One lady at the front spoke to me as I was a thief trying to steal $72. Worst part is I was humiliated in front of my daughter. Been coming to this place for years and the only one time I had to return an item, it escalated to a very unpleasant experience. And this could easily be avoided if the business has a better return process. It is very clear that the employees are very unhappy and they pass on their misery to the customers."

"***Extremely Disappointing Experience Unfair Return Policy and Rude Customer Service*** I had a highly unsatisfactory experience at Restaurant Depot. I initially went in for Riceland parboiled rice but settled for the white variant, as the former was out of stock. Upon reaching home, I discovered that the taste didn't match our expectations. Today, around 4:30 pm, I attempted to return the unopened 50lb bag, only to face an unreasonably rude response from the customer service representative. Despite the receipt stating a 72 hour return window, both she and the manager adamantly refused, citing an open bag. The lack of clarity on the return policy, combined with the disrespectful behavior, has left me deeply disappointed. If this is the standard of customer service, I will be taking my business elsewhere."

"This is the worse place I've ever been at, no place to park, a real cluster, found a corner to park after I got in got yelled at saying I was in the way but the 2 trucks that were blocking the entrance, exit where nobody could get in or out was asked to move but because I'm a woman and he doesn't have any respect for woman I got yelled at that is bull I'm not his wife and I will not put up with.
