"If you want to purchase tools you are pretty much out of luck! Registers closed! Only self hire checkout! No one to be found on the floor to unlock any tools! Not sure where to tell you to go! Amazon maybe? Online? This store is obviously in a bad part of The City of Alexandria and their police department or courts can’t do their job either. Not all on Home Depot. But they need a better system than what they have chosen. Armed guards maybe? They lose sales either way!"

"This place has the best people who put the C in Customer Service! Shelly is so professional and helpful! I am going there to buy all my home needs. The lady at the Service Desk is great also. Everyone I met there was the best I've seen. They made up for the bad experiences I have had at other Home Depot stores! Great People!!!"

"I feel like I go to Home Depot more than the grocery store. This one is close to my house. I can usually find nice plants and seasonal flowers. Sales on appliances. They have wood in stock for most of my projects. It is not to difficult to track down a sales person when I need help finding something or asking a question. When in doubt I order online and have heavy or large things delivered! My 2 latest projects: brick (delivered) patio and trim and wood shelves in the bathroom."

"I had to drop off here i had load for them they were inside standing around while they saw me at the door waiting I had been waiting almost an hour I just wanted to go home to my kids thanks guys for the no help. I’m a truck driver and they are my last stop or else I have to stay the night here. I think they thought I was going to ask for their help which I wasn’t I just wanted to drop off and go. Edit 11:15 pm I just drive back around and they’ve taken the load inside. I had left it right at the door I made sure to get video and photos of them inside standing around incase some one claimed I didn’t do the right thing"
