"The furniture that havel is very nice and I really like my furniture but every since Kwame left to go to another store, Miriam is very rude. She’s very unprofessional and the longer they have her there. I don’t think they’re gonna have customers for that certain store She literally harasses you when she call you about your payments this lady literally argued with me back-and-forth a week ago about a payment that I’m paying for and and I’m sitting here telling his lady I don’t care anything about the late fee. I’m going to pay it she literally like arguing me down like she owns Renter Center if they don’t get somebody else besides Mariam, I don’t know how long they are going to have customers coming to the store because it’s a mess every since Kwame left they really need to put him back in the store and put her somewhere else. Kwame is very nice. He’s patient and he’s very understanding. He also work with you when it comes to your furniture.That’s why I got the furniture because of his first impression on me he’s very professional, and he knows his job."

"This was the worst possible experience you could have, Anna was very unprofessional, pretty much had an attitude that me and my husband had to question. They didn’t have a great selection, and to top it all off they had a bed bug on the furniture that my husband saw! I would NOT RECOMMEND this store to anyone, you’ll end up with bed bugs in your home. Once we pointed the bed bug out to Anna, she called her mom which was the manager there, she came out to look at it and turned around without getting it off the furniture as if it’s a regular problem there that they are used to seeing!!! Me and my husband got out of there as quickly as possible before they charged our card as we were in the middle of a transaction. Omg, worst experience ever!!!!! I am sooooo glad we didn’t purchase from there!!!! If I could rate this place -5 stars I would!!!"

"One of the worst businesses in NOVA. SCAM alert. Beware of this shop specially. I had terrible experience with shop manager, with the delivery workers. Even worse the Corporate (HQ), has no full time workers, they outsourced their customer service, and there’s no way you can speak to a manager to get a real resolution. The only response they have is (we will escalate this, and hopefully you will hear back in 48 hours) needless to say that you never hear back."

"The worst company we ever worked with, unprofessional employees, bad quality of stuffs, ignoring requests as agreed, unprofessional staff communications. One of the guys shouted on my husband. They damaged our wall from multiple places, one of the chairs was broken the day of the delivery, and they didn't want to come and pick their stuffs up after finishing the agreed time, saying we dont have anyone to pick them up and no space to put them in our store/show room. We consulted a lawyer to deal with them. I will never recommend them to anyone."
