"I would give 0 stars if I could. We filled out all the information online, made first payment, signed agreement. I called to schedule the delivery & spoke with Eva who proceeded to tell this “this is how it works”. She said I had to come in the store, provide paystubs & ID. It said NOTHING of this online. I’m currently on maternity leave, so we asked if my husband could be the primary. She said we could add him as a co-signer. Bump in the road, so fine. We sent all the requested information. On Saturday, we talked with Brenda (not sure if that’s her name) who told us they received everything and we were scheduled for delivery Tuesday between 1p-3p. My husband revived a call from EVA just now saying that she was processing a refund for our first payment & cancelling our delivery. This is terrible! She said she does the processing and she needs to make sure they’ll be able to get their payments. Ma’am! You received my husbands pay stubs, there’s NO reason for you to cancel our order the day of delivery. SMH, the absolute worst experience ever! I’ve never used RAC before & I highly doubt we’d try again. Eva made this absolutely impossible for us to get a washer/dryer. Military families DESERVE BETTER!"

"When i walked in, i felt like they were looking at as " would she be able to afford us". I was looking to get a queen bed, the one they showed me was so used and it kinda smelled. I prefer the store on LIttle River Turnpike. And the prices seem to be so much more expensive than other places. So no thank you! walked out. never again coming back here"
