"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I had Joseph Raymond Tropea, owner of Next Day Tees, create t-shirts & hoodies for a memorial go-kart race in honor of my late husband. Anyone who wanted a t-shirt/hoodie made their own purchase through his website, the ordering period was open 9/25/23-10/9/23. On 10/12/23 I emailed him to find out how many orders there were and when he expected them to be mailed out, he emailed me back the same day and stated "they will be mailed out next week." On 10/20/23 when no notice of shipping or purchases had been received, I emailed to find out when merchandise would be sent. I called and left messages, emailed and sent text's for more than 2 weeks with no response. In fact, a few times when I called it either rang 2 to 3 times and was sent to voice mail or I received a message stating mailbox was full. It wasn't until 11/3/23 when I sent an email and text saying I'd take him to small claims court that I received an email stating "Apologies for the delay, Joey is out on bereavement leave and I'm just getting caught up. Your orders are done, they just need to be shipped. I am shipping them out today." I don't believe (for a multitude of reasons, too many to list here) he was out on bereavement leave, and if he was why wasn't there an Out Of Office message for customers to be aware of delays. I finally received my orders on 11/13/23, 5 weeks after the ordering period closed. Some of the sponsors for my late husband's race placed orders and still haven't received their merchandise! Even though I was told all orders were shipped out at the same time. NDT has not replied to any of their emails or phone calls either. Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do because their orders were separate from mine and they'll have to fight with NDT to get their merchandise. Makes me wonder how many times others have placed orders and never received merchandise but didn't feel like fighting with NDT and just let it go. This guy has no idea what "next day" means and does not care about his customers. DON'T USE NEXT DAY TEES. NDT: Do better! Communication is critical! My suggestion is to never ignore your customers. At the very least reply to a message so they know what's going on with already paid for merchandise, otherwise people start to think they'll never get their orders and that you're just a thief. Mr. Tropea, yes you sent tracking numbers a month after orders were placed and only after I threatened small claims action. An order going out late would have been fine with me if that were communicated but it wasn't. You ignored my phone calls, texts and emails for weeks. I needed you in a hurry and never read the reviews or Facebook comments until after all orders were placed and your lack of communication seems to be a repeating pattern. I will not be calling you because there is nothing you can do to ever earn my business or trust again. My intent with this review is to warn any customers of what they can expect from you and to hopefully encourage you to do business in a more professional manner in the future."

"I called for an urgent request and he had it done in 20 minutes, great price despite it being last minute. He added a logo so it wouldnt be plain in the front. I am so happy and will recommend him over and over again. Thank you so much"

"Absolutely terrible. Dropped off duffel bags to be embroidered. Needed them done expeditiously. No response from owner for two days. Went to check on them and nothing had been done. He comes and goes during business hours so make sure you call to check someone is there. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while."
