"Tyisha thomeson Yes, I agree with you 100% You definitely should call corporate over them two Ella and Elise. Just found out that little Ella is not even a store manager!! This whole time I thought she was the store manager just to find out she’s simple associate/coordinator!! She’s so bossy and Carries and attitude all the time. Feel like she’s always forcing a TJX rewards card on everyone like can’t you take a simple no. I don’t even think they are doing it correctly without breaking the rules. This behavior should not be tolerated! Have never seen such a bad rude associate/coordinator. Them both need to be talked too. This store has become worse than previous years… this behavior needs to be checked by corroborate. This is not first time I have heard bad things about Ella and Elise. I hope the store manager/boss reads this and does something to solve this major issue no customer should ever be treated badly. Corroborate needs to do something! I’ve never seen such a rude and disrespectful associate like Ella. Hope this issue is solved ASAP!"

"I had a horrible encounter this evening with an employee named Elise R. who barged in between my daughter and I in the comforter section. She stopped in front of us and just watched us… she caught me off guard the way she walked up to us so I spoke to her - the then replies, “I want to get by” I reminded her that all she had to do was say excuse me… she then rammed my cart out of “her way” causing my items to fall out of the cart and mumbled something under her breath and rolled her eyes as she stormed between us. I immediately tried to address the incident with the store manager Ella - even pointed her out and her response was, “oh I’m sorry that happened, we’ll talk to her, just keep shopping”. This is very disappointing as I frequent this store and this shopping center. I felt totally disrespected and my feelings were disregarded by management. I plan to continue with my report until I feel it is handled properly. There needs to be some sort of accountability and consequence for this sort of behavior. It was totally unwarranted and unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate."

"i had greatest visit with y’all last week. everything is well put together and the employees are very helpful and respectable. i had this little petite girl with glasses i think her name was alexa/alexia she very helpful and welcoming. great job you guys keep up the good work and thank you for my lovely visit."

"What a great store! They had an abundance of inventory... beautiful clothing, Fall decorations, cool pet toys, seasonal children's books...all reasonably priced. A dangerous place for me to spend a lot of money. I highly recommend this store location."

"Note to Arshia and cashier managers. Please tell your people about how to get repeat customers. Friendly when I walk up. But then ignore me after I refuse a million times to sign up for a stinking credit card. Arshia began to talk amongst her fellow cashiers like I wasn't even there, transparent. If you will. Store was well stocked and even beautifully kept. But if I continue to be dehumanized. I will take my business elsewhere."
