"I thought I was the only one who noticed/felt how bad service is at this store but previous reviews confirmed it. Been in a few times and staff always seem to be bothered and just moping around. Never offer help or ask what you need. Just give off a bad attitude. I don't understand why do a job you don't like. Definitely need corporate to step up training at this location cause store management is just as disappointing."

"I was window shopping and saw a pair of shoes that were marked down from $160 to $90(NMD_W1 SHOES white and pink) that my wife might like. I got my wife to the store in order to see if she liked the shoes. She liked them and tried them on. Once we were ready to check out the total price with taxes came around $169.-- I asked the employee why was it that much and she replied that the register was the one pricing it. So I grabbed the display shoe and showed her that it had a sticker and the marked down price. The manager or person in charged said she could not marked them down and that the price went up with out her knowledge which typically the company tends to do and the best she could do is $20 off. The same shoes from the manufacturer are $104 plus a $6 shipping fee."

"Honestly I’m quite disappointed in the management… I walked in yesterday, 9/7 to look at some shoes and the so called “manager” with curly hair wearing cargo pants is so rude. She did not greet me once in the store nor did she ask if I needed help and she is supposed to be a “manager”… I didn’t even see or hear her ask any other customers in the store if they needed help either! The other three girls that were there yesterday were so sweet and welcoming and were honestly just doing their job but the “manager” on duty was doing NOTHING all she was doing was standing behind the counter, I get that you’re a “manager” but aren’t you supposed to set an example and be the face of “jd”? I honestly feel bad for the other three girls that were doing their jobs while the “manager” was being honestly just straight up lazy. Just because you’re a manager doesn’t mean you don’t have to work. All the other managers I’ve had encounters with are completely different, she does not deserve that title!! I also don’t normally write reviews but I am so upset with what I saw."
