I walked away thoroughly impressed by her calmness, professionalism, attentiveness and understanding! Macy’s needs more employees who fully get “CUSTOMER SERVICE & PROFESSIONALISM!”"

"Highly disappointed with this location especially when coming from Puerto Rico, where we know how to shop and have number one stores for every chain store that establishes themselves there. Didn’t find what I was looking for, hardly any staff, store was disorganized and felt like a warehouse. Staff never offered help even after asking for it. Prices overall that I looked at, of merchandise from different departments, was also high and discouraging. Hardly any sales racks too."

"I came in this store on my day off and bumped into some Ralph Lauren boat shoes, despite the price not being on the actual shoe, Mary and Tericita worked feverishly to find the price and make sure that I was happy. Both of these ladies exhibited good customer service, even when no one was looking. If you are their manager, please recognize both of them. Thank you ladies so so very much."

"Not so good experience here most of my visit. I was here for a cologne purchase that was in stock at the store. The fragrance department was fulI associates.I asked about the product with one of the team members and her answer was we don't have it and ask to other department even though I was on fragrance department. A lady jump in and help me find the product. She really went above and beyond the costumer service. I really do appreciate and thanks for the exceptional costumer service."
