"Hot Topic has always been a fun stop for me, lots of stuff to browse through. I needed to make a quick stop in for my Christmas list, and Jeremiah working there was solid, knew what I was looking for, helped me find things quick, didn't mind stopping what he was doing to help me find it. Got me in and out so my son could go to the play area sooner! His customer service alone will have me as a return customer. Thanks for the great experience! My friend is going to love her gifts"

"Favorite store for finding cool stuff such as anything macabre, Wicca related etc. Hot Topic offers a variety of merchandise for alot of different tastes but if your not into cool and more reserved not a store for that type of individual. It does trend to the younger crowd.But I think most will enjoy what the Hot Topics have to offer. Never leave empty handed from any Hot Topic and always encountered friendly and helpful staff."

"FIRST COME FIRST SERVE IS A LIE! This morning me and my daughter went today to get her the strawberry squish mellow cow, and of course they were people in line at 7:30, BUT SUPPOSEDLY there is no holding places in line BUT apparently today you can. TODAY someone cut all the other kids because an older gentleman that was first in line was holding a place in line for his friend. He cut ahead of everyone else (NOT OKAY) literally kids. BUT when staff was informed … they DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it. Maybe if you get a product that you know people are going to be there waiting and you set boundaries … someone should be there ESPECIALLY if there is only 4 and you can buy two . So needless to say the two old men bought them all (4) and taunted the teenagers while in line when they told the gentlemen you can’t hold a spot and cut. Great job! ZERO STARS. Accountability would be nice. Holding a higher standard and having customers be aware you have some. Maybe care and show those cheating won’t get you anything … GREAT JOB. Hold people accountable. The tears in the kid all the teens eyes was a good touch! Bravo"

"JACK! He is absolutely amazing! Very informative and just talking to him for a few minutes I automatically knew he was an admirable and completely genuine person. Definitely one of a kind. It was so refreshing to meet such a wonderful young man. Good luck in all your future endeavors, Jack. I am definitely rooting you on in life and just want you to know you had a huge impact on me in just a few minutes. BTW, THIS STORE IS BY FAR THE BEST OVERALL, staff and store!"

"This place is awesome. They had a cart at the door blocking people from coming in til they are made aware that they must keep their mask on and pulled up at all times in the store. They were eager to help and kind. I wish I had gotten names. But one was a taller person with straight shoulder length black hair and I think was the manager the other had very short blue hair. We'll be back because of the friendly knowledgeable safe shopping environment they create there. Thanks for doing your part and making shopping a little safer!"
