"I shopped here on Black Friday 2023 for a new piece of large luggage for an upcoming trip. They had a very good selection of pieces to choose from. There were security locks (theft deterrent) on the zippers so you could not open the luggage to look inside (which I understood). After getting home and checking the luggage later that weekend, I noticed one of the inside zippers was off its track. I took it back the following Monday and was able to exchange it for another piece and checked it out before leaving the store to ensure all zippers were intact. Great luggage at sensible prices! Follow-up (01/23/2024): I took my first trip with my newly purchased luggage (a 28" Samsonite hard-sided). It performed excellently! This is my first hard-sided piece (I usually purchase soft-sided luggage). I was amazed how much space it has on the inside. I think I could be converted! Love it and highly recommend this store."

"Not a pleasant place to shop. The sstaff members are pretty rude, especially in the fitting area. If you want to buy shoes, there is not even a place to sit down to be able to try them on. The worst part is that if you are disabled and come with someone to shop there is not even one seat available in the hole store where you can rest for a minute."

"Very poor customer services with lack of enough employees at the checkout. Everytime, you need to wait at least for 30min at minimum. There’re roughly 50 customers waiting to be checked out"

"It’s always a pleasure shopping at Burlington . Of course you have to look through thousands of items but I can ensure you that you’ll find what you are looking for. After about one hour I was able to buy two very nice jackets , shoes underwear’s and socks . Pretty well organized I strongly suggest a visit for your shopping"
