"Every time I go to this Taco Bell the staff is so polite and friendly. The food is hot and delicious. The order is always correct. It is so refreshing these days to visit a restaurant with such a friendly and competent staff. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Thoroughly impressed."
"I come here almost every week with my buddies, doesn’t disappoint. Staff is friendly, fast food prep and I rarely have problems with orders. Clean interior and good hours. Only bad side is the awkward right turn in if your coming from the Langley speedway’s direction"
"Don't even bother with this location. The food is almost always improperly prepared. If you order a combo that comes with a taco supreme....you always get a regular taco no matter what. I've had all types of menu items flat out missing ingredients. I know people don't care about these types of jobs and the turn over rate is very high, but could management please manage their employees into atleast making the food properly. Not to mention the prices are through the roof just like every other fast food chain. I think collectively we as consumers should vote with our dollars elsewhere."
"I would've given a better rating if the young lady at the drive-thru wasn't so rude.They messed up my order twice (which usually isn't that big of a deal for me. I specifically asked for no guacamole on my power bowl, but it still had guac. I also ordered 4 rolled chicken tacos, but recieved 2 (I drove back for the other 2). Not to mention the condition of the 3 tacos we ordered (see pictures). If a manager sees this, please have a conversation with your staff."
"The window person asked me to pull up and asked the customer behind me to come to my car and tell me to go back around to get back in line after she had already taken my money, I go around to the window and she asks me to get out of my car a walk up to the window to get my food because I refused to wait in line again. Once I received my food this is what I got. A steak grilled cheese burrito which is usually longer then my hand, barely wrapped and half the normal size, literally paid over 20 dollars for a burrito that’s not worth .99"
