"Bob and Brian keep my 1996 D4C SE rainbow running smoothly. This month they replaced the bearings making it nice and quiet again. They replaced my power nozzle hose with a like new used one with the trigger handle. My vacuum has been discontinued but it still out cleans any other brand. Rainbows are so good for people with allergies since the dust is filtered through water. If I was younger, I would buy a newer model. If you are considering a new vacuum, invest in a Rainbow. As you see they will outlast and out-clean any other brand on the market and Bob and Brian will keep it in tip top shape for you."
