"This store appears warehouse-like to me. A little dusty so I didn't shop in-store. I had an online return. Although I have their rewards which I applied to my purchase, they insisted they couldn't locate my online receipt or rewards membership. They immediately wanted to give me a store credit. I found my emailed receipt and was able to get my refund. If I didn't find the email with the hundred they send every week, they would have forced store credit. Macy's and everywhere else can find anything I buy with my phone or rewards account. I won't trust At Home's refund process to make future purchases. If you're okay with the risk, shop away. I'll use Marshall's or TJ Maxx for this quality of item."

"I was searching for a plant stand that, according to the store, there were 3 available. I wasn't able to locate them and needed assistance. Though the store was busy, staff was very helpful in helping me. We were only able to locate 1 of the stands. I love the stand. It holds 3 plants, and it seems pretty sturdy. The only issue that I have is how high stock is stored. I'm not sure how they expect customers to get the merchandise or even be able to see what's in stock."

"There is a lot of items here! All kinds of colors and sizes. A lot of miss placed and busted items too but this is definitely a great option to decorate your home. I would of given 4 stars if it were not for the insanely long line that went through half the store and then continued to snake through to the registers. There were only 3 registers open out of the 8 or so. I wouldn’t have been bothered by this except for the fact of a few employees hanging off to the side texting on their phones instead of grabbing a register. Great place for items, just dedicate half of your day (or a full day) for the visit!"

"This is one of my favorite decor stores to go to because there is so much to choose from! I swear you could spend hours in here and still not see everything. Some things can be a little pricey but if you sign up for their mailing list they send out a lot of coupons. And if you love fall and Christmas like I do right now is a great time to go."
