"Their online site is not clear. Neither are their phone agents. I called to rent a refrigerator. I stated at the start of the call I only needed it for a month. They went through complete application and took a deposit only to tell me at the end that the minimum rental period is 3 months. Then it took almost three months to get my deposit refunded! I went to rent a center and was quite pleased!"

"Came in Saturday bought a 5k bed set and had a scheduled day for November 1st. Been sleeping on the floor for days and called to check on my delivery on the first to be told “not sure who your sales rep was but they wrote down the wrong day” quite organized I should say, wouldn’t refer to anyone, highly dissatisfied, couldn’t even go out my home today because of the 10-2 or 3-6 wait time and waited at home for no reason, guess I’ll be doing that tomorrow as well, maybe if they don’t write down the wrong day… lame… my sales rep was a gentleman and I’m highly disappointed"
