"Ordered cheese sticks, large pizza, and wings. I wanted the spicy sauce but the sauce was overly spicy and the sauce did not cover all the wings. They could have been cooked longer to provide some texture difference"

"This place sucks for delivery. I’ve waited over an hour for food and I live around the corner. I watched the delivery driver sit in the same place for 20 minutes on the GPS feature on the app. If I could give zero stars, I would. After reviewing the receipt, it shows that the delivery driver spent 40 minutes riding around with my food. It showed up and was cold. I want a refund!"

"My boyfriend & I thought we'd try something other than our usual Dominoes pizza. We ordered from this Papa John's 3 times within a month and were disappointed every time. And this 3rd time, really did it. The 1st time, we ordered the veggie mozzarella pizza with added jalapeños. Got delivered to the house & NO JALAPEÑOS. The 2nd time we paid for the zesty sauce but was given classic marinara instead. But this last time was the worst. First, THEY DIDNT EVEN CUT THE PIZZA!!!! They also failed to add a pepperoncini as well as a garlic sauce which is included (it even says that on the side of the pizza box)...and my bf got bbq boneless wings but the bbq was severely lacking & looked no where close to what was advertised online....we paid $40 for what??? Y'all. Save your money & go to another Papa John's because this one ain't it."

"Doritos papadia. was NOT a flat bread as advertised. Was a hand tossed pizza dough W/CRUST on it. There was absolutely NO DRY DORITOS SEASONING/ RUB on the outside of my hand tossed pizza dough. The only saving grace was the dipping sauce. This was not at all what I was expecting from the commercials."
