"Our pizza was not ready according to the pick up time. When I called while already waiting outside they said an oven broke. That could have been communicated prior to our arrival, of the delay. 2 of the 3 pizzas were not cooked all the way and the sauce on the super Supreme pizza tasted "sour" not good at all. Very disappointed when you spend over $50 for pizza when there are so many other options to purchase pizza"

"Awful.. big dinner box came half cooked. Nasty, cold, and just awful. Never again. They offered me a $10 credit. Lol. Not worth my time anymore. Wings were awful too."

"Last night, we ordered a Super Supreme Pan Pizza from Pizza Hut. The delivery took over an hour, the order we received was a thin-crust pepperoni pizza, and it was cold. This is the third time this location has botched our order. You'd think we'd have learned our lesson. When I called to complain, the person answered the phone by shouting, "Sorry, we're closed," and hung up. It was long before closing time. I called back incessantly until an actual adult answered. I voiced my complaint, and the employee took my information and promised a quick refund. It's been almost 24 hours, and there's no refund."

"Ordered $75 worth of pizza tonight at 6:38. Charged my account and never delivered. It’s 9:03 pm. No one answered the phones so had to call corporate to get refund. Called just now and the store is closed. Not cool."

"I’ve become very disappointed in this location as time has gone by here recently. Last order we had trouble with door dash taking our order and never showing up after over 3 hours waiting and ended up having to come up to the store to get it myself and wait while they make it because their phones don’t go straight to the location. This time our thin crust is so crunchy it’s uneditable and they forgot our drink. Mistakes happen but it’s just going down hill. Not to mention how frustrating it is to not be able to contact the direct store to resolve an issue quick."
