"Had a small mishap. Ordered a family deal, when it arrived a pizza was missing. I called the store and they put me on the phone with the manager Marvin. He was very professional. He offered to give us a credit back or to remake our entire order. So credit, no way! We were hungry! Said give him 20 mins and order would be ready. Got to the store as my order was coming out the oven. Marvin's customer service was on point Thank you. Food was great. Mistakes happen.d Don't sweat the small things. It all about how you handle and resolve the issue. And you sir nailed it. Thanks again."

"INCOMPETENT!! Male manager was a complete idiot. Told me 12 minutes on pizza cuz he messed up 1 pizza and 40 minutes later I leave with my order. My other 2 pizzas, breadsticks and melt sat in warmer for 40 minutes. He messed up 8 ppls orders while i was there. Unreal. Definitely not manager material."
