"EDIT - I was in there today and no one has on gloves. The boy cutting the pizza wiped his nose then straight back in the pizza. Disgusting. Oh… and raw pizza!!?? Very often understaffed so the wait is long. I’ve been in about 3 times where only one person was cooking and doing the register and every time the pizza is wrong. When it’s right, it’s great! Unfortunately, it’s wrong more than right and the wait kills the mood if you get it right. Sheesh. Owner—- stop being cheap and employee enough staff and clean your restaurant. It’s a shame to see the restaurants in Churchland crumbling like this."

"Never ordering from this location again. Delivery took 3 hours. Unable to get anyone on the phone, when the pizza arrived it looked old. No sauce, stiff, hard breadsticks, and terrible customer service. We had to call a 1800 number to get any type of assistance. Better off getting little ceasars. The food was disgusting."

"I ordered food online from them. They are the worst Pizza hut I've ever tasted. My pizza was dry and I specifically asked for extra marinara sauce and it says it on my receipt as well. I was short 2 boneless wings I ordered an 8 piece since it's wing Wednesday and they were 75 cents when ording online. NEVER AGAIN"

"Placed an order at 9 pm, was told it would be delivered by 930. Website kept saying being made. By 10 attempted to call the store to no avail. Got forwarded to an answering service who couldn't get through. Drove up there by 1030 to see 2 staff members cleaning. Was told they had no driver, so I requested a refund on delivery charge and generous gratuity. Employee refunded whole meal (~$85) and proceeded to tell me have a great night. I asked for my food since I had hungry people at the house. That's when he asked for the manager's assistance. Manager stated they couldn't call because their was a 1 in the front of my phone number. I explained the 1 comes from the website automatically to annotate country code. He said he'll let the company know of the glitch. Very unprofessional."

"Disgusting food and worse service! I was given a pizza with RAW dough still. My wife and I could have gotten sick because we had already eaten a few bites before noticing. The "manager" Jose decided it was funny and did not believe me when I called and told with him. He demanded I bring the pizza all the way back to the store before he would refund me. Not even mentioning their mess up and almost making us sick. No apology, just didn't care and kept repeating himself until he hung up on me. The whole staff was rude and unhelpful and full of attitude. Judging by the other google reviews I've read about this location, many people have had a problem with "Jose".... Do yourself a favor and order from a different location, and if you decide to eat here anyway, avoid "Jose" as he will undoubtedly be horrible if you even politely mention an issue. No one in the kitchen was wearing gloves and they were on their phones while making your food, disgusting! VA Health Dept needs to investigate. Stay away!"
