"I’ve had the best and worst pizza here. A few weeks prior the pizza was great. Ordered some tonight and it was terrible. It smelled weird and tasted weird. I ate three slices and threw the rest out. The just cheese pizza wasn’t as bad but still wasn’t of the same quality as weeks prior. Idk what was wrong. It was like it was made by someone who’s never made a pizza before. I’ll try one more time. And if it sucks im gonna go somewhere else for now on."

"Let me start this by saying, I rarely leave reviews unless i think its something other people are worthy of knowing. Sunday evening I figured i would give this place a shot. Never again. Food was decent, but you could tell it was rushed. However thats not why i wont be back. The employees in this restaurant are exhausted. It’s obvious. While i was trying to enjoy my food ( by myself ) i over heard a manger accusing an employee of being on drugs. Keep in mind, all of the employees there that night braved a tropical storm and extremely flooded roads to get to and from work. Just to be spoken too like that by someone who’s supposed to respect every employee they hire . Extremely sad and disheartening to hear. In front of customers nun the less. Hopefully that particular manger learns what respect is. You will never keep employees long term when they are underpaid and constantly disrespected. Id only advise eating here if you have no morals or values. Me personally, i will never visit any establishment this family owns."

"My personal experience with their Slice ordering interface was not so great, and it could use some updating. You go to order a meatball sub, and it asks you to pick the type of sub. The sampler options it gives you are apparently not correct either. After the debacle with Slice and several phone calls later, it got sorted out. Late night with one cook can be rough, but they really pulled it off. It was most definitely worth the wait! All of our food was fresh and delicious! We live not too far away, so Zino's is now my go-to local restaurant. ❤️ Their Phillies are stellar! Their appetizers are amazing, especially the fried pickles! And their ranch dressing is out of this world! We did a phone-in pick-up order the next time, and everything went SO much better. Autumn was great! It is absolutely worth the drive to pick it up ourselves."
