"I have never been to a more disorganized location. There are workers bringing the wrong food to tables, there's a line of people waiting for orders, and the parking lot was a nightmare to navigate. I had to park in the parking lot of the restaurant next door and walk over. I also sat inside waiting for my mobile order for 20 minutes. If I'd known it would be this long I wouldn't have come."

"I’ve been going to this Chic-fil-A location since it first opened. Consistently great food and service. Started using the drive thru during Covid and yes, it can be slow sometimes, but that’s okay; it’s worth it!"

"Food is always consistently good. On this particular visit they managed to exceed expectations! The chicken sandwich AND the waffle fries were perfectly cooked, hot & fresh."

"We came here to dine in. My daughter and I used the restroom first and we were rudely greeted by the director named Kristy, who hollered upon the site of my daughter service animal in the bathroom. She then came back and asked if we would be much longwr, because she was terrified of dogs. This behavior is outrageous to me. As a director, I would never expect such ridiculous behavior and overall lack of professionalism. We felt discriminated and extremely uncomfortable; we then decided to leave without eating or even doing takeout. Very poor behavior from the director of Chick-fil-a! This is a different day and age and service animals are highly protected under by Federal Law in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as of 1990! Please learn the law and support your customers with service animals! I would give zero stars based on the director’s behavior! Upper management, if you read this, please respond. "Worst chicken fast food parking lot. Where are the red-shirt attendants? There used to be 6 to 4 attendants taking my order, now I am here sitting in my. Car waiting to go through a drive-through for 20 minutes. Unacceptable!!!!! Never coming to this place ever again!!!! Fire this manager, McDonald's micro-manager! The only reason I go to this place and spend the money is the fresh-squeezed lemonade and the lemon-tasting chicken strips. I enjoyed the speed of the outside red-shirt attendants, and I wanted the close upfront connection they had with the customers."
