"Waited for 20 minutes at the jewelry counter for them to help everyone around me and ignore me everytime. I've been told we don't help white people in here a few months ago then tonight they'll help everyone but a white man. Manager refused to tell me how to contact corporate and said we've never had any issues. I tell you what let a white person say that or do that a person of color and the NAACP would sue this place into the ground."
"Love this location (Parham Rd.). We always find something good. Last time, it was Hemps lotion for $12.99. (It's $25 at Ulta.) This time, it was summer clothes for my daughter. The pictures don't do the clothes justice. Now, you do need to check seams, broken fasteners, etc, because people aren't gentle when they try things on."
"Never enough cashiers. Extremely long wait with line around the shopping aisles. Management team seems to busy restocking to help with checking out guests. Most items priced higher than other locations."
"This one is a gem. Not over crowded and lots of easy access to parking. Great selection and very clean. I’ll come to this one more for sure."
