"I love this Macy store . It has lot of parking lot of variety, jewelry make up perfume dress kids older women boys girls shoes everything is out there . It would have great if they can label the areas so that its easy to find the needed items easily rather than looking for assistance or help . Pickups and returns are easy too."

"I was looking for some perfume for my mom for Christmas. I went to the perfume section feeling absolutely lost at the huge selection they had! It wasn’t long at all until someone greeted me very kindly and asked what I was looking for. She made me feel like she genuinely wanted to help me, you know? Didn’t just feel like she was trying to sell me stuff and make a profit. It really felt like she had me and my needs in mind! Eventually there was a whole band of people helping me and patiently showing me samples of perfume until we found the perfect one! All the ladies were so nice and called me “sweetie” and “honey” the whole time they helped me. Their attitude was amazing and they were constantly smiling. I cannot stress enough that it felt like I was more like a friend than a customer. Not once did I feel like another number that they were trying to make money off of. It really just felt like a group of lovely people helping me find the perfect perfume scent for my mom! This was my first time ever purchasing something from Macy’s and I gotta say I’ll be shopping there more often from now on!"

"This Macy's is laid out well. It's easy to find men's, women's, kids, housewares, etc. The elevator and escalators are always working which pleases me. Sale items are displayed well. Checkout and getting help is less than ideal. I try to refrain from asking salespeople for assistance because it's clear they do not want to help. I'm not sure what happened to service with a smile."

"Went to get new cologne not knowing exactly what I wanted. The lady at the men’s cologne area was very helpful and wasn’t reluctant on helping me find what was the best fit for me. Ended up finding exactly what I wanted and am very happy with how it came out."
