"I don’t like to shop. But recently I had to shop for 2 different dressy events. I had a great experience in the women’s dress department with the sales woman who’s name I can’t remember. A few days later, I brought my husband to the men’s department to purchase a new suit. Emmanuel was great. Then a week later I went for a long overdue bra fitting. Destiny was helpful and patient. I then went to the accessories department and purchased hosiery and a scarf. Frankly, Dilliard’s really impressed me with their service in each department. They are clearly doing something right. I will be bypassing online shopping and heading to Short Pump from now on!"

"I shop at Dillard's regularly. Always a very good interaction with the Associates. Four stars for two reasons; It seems as if the plus size clothing is steadily downsizing. This is very concerning as I really like the quality of Dillard's clothes. Secondly, sales are diminishing as well. I hope Dillard's revamp their strategy and not move away from plus sizes; we love fashion and dressing well too! And bring back sales!"
