"Did some returns and holiday price matches. Trin & Deshawn were super helpful and nice to help me get through it. I had a decent amount of items I wanted to price match and I’m glad I took advantage of it because I certainly saved. Customer service with Trin & Deshawn was smooth and efficient!"

"Went in for specific item, which they no longer carry we were told. Very busy. Getting out of the parking lot and shopping center was a nightmare. Won't be back. Store was messy and looked picked over already. Not impressed."

"I have contemplated writing this for a bit but after my interaction with this person that I have now found out is actually in a management position I felt compelled to leave this. During my experience with this man I was made to feel like a complete inconvenience to him and also made to feel like I was dumb for even asking such a question I eventually walked away as I didn't want to engage with him any further which I think was his plan all along for me to feel so uncomfortable that I walk away so he didn't have to deal with me. I was flabbergasted as I am a regular at this location and always have pleasant interactions with any employees. Upon finding out he is a manager it was even more upsetting at how he could treat a customer. I hope this review finds its way to the right people to help guide this gentleman in the right direction for his staff, the store and most importantly his customers being in management you are a direct representation of the store. I later found out his name by asking another staff member and was told his name is Jerry"

"It’s very easy to connect with your game controller or other device. The vibration is amazing which is a separate feature from the vibration of the bass. Very good quality and very comfortable. I use it for racing and contact games. The vibration on racing feels like you’re in a car!!"

"The store is clean, but often only has self checkout open. Even when a regular checkout lane is open there's usually only one open. The Starbucks inside has inconsistent hours and is often closed. Not as crowded as many other Richmond area Target locations."
