"I scheduled an appointment to get the back of my cracked iPhone fixed a week in advance. Once I got there the next week for my appointment, they made me wait a full hour and a half before even saying anything to me. After waiting for so long, they told me that they didn’t have the part so they couldn’t fix my phone. So essentially, after driving 40 minutes there and 40 minutes back, and waiting for an hour and a half on my day off, I walked out of the store with a still broken iPhone. I was questioning why they didn’t call me to let me know that they didn’t have the part in stock, because when you make an appointment they clearly ask what it will be for, which I stated. I asked if there was anything else they could do for me to which they declined. I was upset and asked to speak to a manager but they were “busy”, and I was told to call later in the day. I called the number and it was a call center who informed me that they have to way to transfer me to the store. They did inform me that they could schedule a call back from a manager from the store for me within 2-8 hours, but it’s now been a day and I’ve yet to receive any call. I’ve been a loyal Best Buy customer, buying both of my expensive PCs, xboxes, etc, but I will no longer be a customer here and will advice my family against Best Buy as well. Customer Service is so bad nowadays."
"My husband and I bought a 86" TV from Best Buy a couple weeks ago. We were provided a date of Dec. 23rd with a window between 7am to 7pm for delivery. By 7:00 pm no TV. My husband had to reach them by text when he was informed that our TV, we already paid for , had been sold and our money would be refunded. This is absolutely the worst organization I have ever dealt with, their is no customer service. Shame on them for not even calling. We would pay a higher price for much better service in the futur. I am amazed that they are in business."
"We stopped in today because they had a really good deal on an Xbox. We had just paid off our balance and paid our annual fee 2 months ago so we figured we’d make another purchase. The people behind the desk were maybe new and not sure what they were doing, which I don’t necessarily fault them for. They tried to tell us that the account was closed which isn’t true because we can access all the information on our account and showed them that. We just moved to a different state, so we think they were entering in the incorrect address by changing the zip code and not the whole thing. We ended up just paying for it without financing because it was a decent deal. The reason for this review is because Jimmy, the general manager of this store was extremely rude and dismissive of our concerns and wouldn’t provide us with any information that could have been helpful. When the person behind the counter asked for help, Jimmy looked at us, shrugged his shoulders, said “call the bank” and then walked away. I’m not sure how somebody like that got their job, but he definitely doesn’t deserve it and for the sake of this stores customers and employees, I hope he doesn’t hold that role for very long."
"It's clean, it's quiet, and the employees are helpful. Prices are fine. Nothing negative to say, just glad a large electronics store is still in business even though I prefer to support local. Solid parking."
"Taylor was in the middle of completing a task when I asked her to find someone to help me make a purchase. She stopped what she was doing and helped me pick out the product I was looking for including accessories. She could've easily sent me to someone else. She helped me from selection to point of sale.
