"The whole experience was wonderful! Erin the bartender holds space in an incredible way and enjoys her domain. She suggested everything I had last night and all of it was a hit. My red wine The salmon which was so well prepared. It came with Brussels and squash! The beignets were positively delicious! Thx"
"It's hard to find options when you have a gluten allergy. The Local had many options and even had a GF beer!! The salmon was a must have, so delicious. I hate they didn't have a Gf bun but the burger was still very good. My husband isn't GF so he got fries. Our waiter was really nice and engaging. I wish I could remember his name but he had round gold glasses. Very good!"
"Best meal we had in Boone Boonetown Sour is a great cocktail We had to wait almost an hour but worth it. Great service. The food arrived HOT. It definitely did not sit in the window. Don't miss the cheese curds The burgers are delicious Save room for the beignets!"
"We stopped at The Local around 3pm on a Saturday for a light meal and decided to share the pulled pork nachos. It was such a large serving we could barely finish it. There was not a wait to be seated, our waitress was amazing and the atmosphere was too. We will definitely be back!"
"Really fun location, just plan ahead for parking if at prime times like dinner on a Friday night. They know how to do burgers! Prepare to be smacked in the mouth with meaty goodness if you get the Booney Burger. They also have plenty of cocktails to suit your pallet. The 'she crab' is thicker than most chowders I'm used to, but still hit the spot. The trout was also on point, and if you like goat cheese, they have you set. They didn't skimp on that at all."
