"Pizza was not ready when the app said it was. After inputing my Amex info on the app 4 times and 2 times at the restaurant the employee said she just remembered that they didn’t accept Amex. They were also out of tea."

"I have been a customer of Pizza Hut for as long as I can remember. We ate there yesterday and I can say I will not be back. The lettuce on the salad bar was wilted and not fresh at all. The lettuce was brown and you could tell it had not been washed or checked for freshness. The carrots were cut in slices and were white because they were so dried out. We didn’t even finish our salad. I ended up waiting on my own table and got our drinks, silverware and napkins. The silverware was dirty. The bathrooms were dirty and there was no soap to wash our hands. Each time we have visited since the new location opened I keep hoping it will be better. Such a disappointment. Pizza Hut used to be the best pizza place in town but not now. The other customers that were there were also waiting on themselves for the most part and complaining about the same concerns as I have mentioned in this review."

"Ordered 3 pizzas and an order of cheese sticks. Noticed the pizza was very poorly cut into slices and the cheese sticks were not cut at all creating a doughy mess. This is not the first time I've ordered these items to have to take them home and cut them myself. The person who assisted with my carryout order was very pleasant, however the quality of the food and presentation lacks a lot to be desired. Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza since childhood, however, I'm going to have to reconsider that statement in the future. Disappointed at the least."

"I stopped by today for lunch and the service and food were excellent. The woman who took our order (unfortunately didn't get her name) was one of the best waitresses I've had in Boone, period. She was attentive, polite, and personable. I am not sure if she is a manager but she definitely should be. I'll admit Pizza Hut was not my first option today but with the service and quality of food we had, I will be coming back again soon. The food was fresh, hot, and reasonably priced as well. I am really impressed!!"
