"After a not so pleasant experience at another vacuum shop, I finally found this company to repair my vacuum and not charge me an arm and a leg or trying to suggest that my vacuum is trash and push to buy a new one. They gave me options: to trade-in or to have it repaired. I chose to repair it this time because the price was reasonable but I'll surely use Red Vacuums again when I'll get tired of my old vacuum. I liked the open and fair communication. Not only they fixed it in a day, but they also figured out that it wasn't the motor, like I was told at the other store.
