"I purchased a high end Bosch dishwasher to replace a 25-year old Gaggenau. It was going to be a somewhat complex installation as the plumbing fittings and hard wiring used years ago were not compatible with the new dishwasher's fittings, not to mention the fact that the custom panel needed to be modified to fit the new dishwasher. Alberto, the installer, knew what he was doing; took his time removing the old dishwasher, adjusted the fittings to accommodate the new dishwasher, neatly cleaned up. and made what might have been a very troubling installation look easy. He was terrific. If I need another installation for a product I purchase from Bray & Scarff I am going to ask that Alberto be assigned the job."

First machine was malfunctioning on installation, and they were able to come back out next business day to install a replacement."
