"Call was for leaky washing machine. Chad arrived on time, after initial call to advise he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem, identified a store that had the broken part in stock, picked it up, installed it, and verified the problem was solved! In addition, he showed me how to clean the sprayers in the dishwasher and shared info on keeping both machines clean to minimize problems. Very satisfied!"
