"This is the worst customer service I've ever received at this location. I was waiting around 45–50 minutes, and there was one representative who was helping another customer and was ingnoring me like he didn’t see me at all. I had to approach him, ask him for help, and at least page someone. With too much attitude, he was pageing someone. No one showed up. I went to ask someone else to help; he mentioned he’s not working at that department and would page someone. I waited another 15 minutes, and no one showed up. I noticed the second person I asked was at his desk and checking his phone. I basically waited for nothing at this store, wasted my time, and got so frustrated. When I was leaving the store, I told the first person, Thanks for paging, and he even didn’t care what I said. I wish I could give 0 instead of 1."

"An item will show in stock for in store pickup within 1 hour so you purchase it. 3 hours later you get to the store, worried because you’ve not received an order pickup notification. You approach the desk to inquire and they tell you to cancel your order because “it must’ve been an inventory error, we have none in stock”. A complete waste of gas, time, and money. Do better."

"Horrible custom service! I placed in order online for pickup in-store (already paid for). As I'm standing in the pickup line the store associate walks away. There are multiple people standing in line. I ask another employee where the employer went after about 5 mins. I hear, "they are a sales associate, I'm not even sure why they're over here" (facepalm). At that moment, a very unprofessional manager comes from a back room and says he can hear me and I'm too loud?! Considering there's now a long forming behind me, I'm just curious if anyone is coming to help or if we need to move to another line. The manager on staff (very unprofessional) seemed more concerned about the tone of my voice than customer service. Instead, another very HELPFUL employee and checked me out and I was on my way as the manager continued to follow me and take pictures. I would avoid this Best Buy at all costs."

"Very helpful people working in the back. But management y’all need to do something about the retention issues, or focus more on hiring. They say people don’t want to work but I know tons of people getting rejected from Best Buy. Computer area lines were 5+ deep. Great staff tho extremely helpful but they definitely had to pick and choose who to help since there was only 1 guy on the floor and 1 on the register"

"Average store with below average collection of gadgets. Needed a hub for my computer the had no good brand and were charging double. Then I needed help with SIM cards, again the staff was running like headless chickens clueless and confused. Don’t waste your time."
