"This store consistently has a strong smell of food. Upon entering, the heavy food odor is immediately noticeable. I've reported this issue to the store manager multiple times over the past year, but unfortunately, it hasn't been taken seriously. It seems like the ventilation system is completely ineffective. They cook meals indoors, and the smell permeates throughout the entire store. Each time you visit, the smell clings to your clothes, necessitating a wash right after leaving. To the Store Manager: Please address the ventilation system urgently. The current situation makes it nearly impossible for us to shop here. This is a serious issue that requires immediate attention!!!!"

"I frequently went to this HT in the past, but I am going to sound a lot like the other posts over the past year in saying that this location has seemed to have gone down hill. It has been more difficult getting fresh produce the past few times I have gone in and prices seem to be higher than other grocery stores in the immediate area, while overall selection has seemed to deteriorate for the store. If you live right there and walk, then I guess it's convenient to go hete, but otherwise I would not go here any longer."

"I loved this store. I was in the area for a doctors appt. It is a beautiful store. The staff were very friendly everywhere. The manager helped me load my groceries on the conveyer belt and a worker was available to help me load my car. No sign of bad produce. Who are the others who commented talking about. They sound like young punks."

"Homeless problem inside the store and management does not do anything about it. Told them multiple times but getting bad and a daily occurrence with multiple homeless coming in, sleeping, urinating, and the area stinks. Shoppers are afraid to enter eating area. The store turning into a San Francisco homeless dump."

"Very disappointed to the store manager. Instead of moving towards a more friendly non plastic environment this store managers is moving backwards. I have sent my husband many times to the store for milk in a glass and he comes back with plastic. The employees don't know what to do with the bottles and many times they have charged us for the empty bottles. It's so inconvenient to buy the non plastic milk that my husband ends up buying the plastic milk. Now they don't sell the gallon south mountain creamery milk. Instead of training their people to make the purchase of non plastic easy for the customer they have chosen not too carry the gallon of milk."
