"Dale and Vickie want your car fixed as much as you do!!! I was looking around for a good place for self-pay and what a breath of fresh air! Other places were scheduling estimates weeks and weeks away or you could do a "picture" estimate. No thanks - I wanted someone to actually look at the car and talk to me. Vickie said I could come in that very day and the estimate was so fair I just left my car and got a ride home. I was kept updated throughout the process, which couldn't have been better.
