"I can't recommend this place enough! They go above and beyond for you. They did such a great job on my car, and they will work with your insurance."
"Dale and Vickie want your car fixed as much as you do!!! I was looking around for a good place for self-pay and what a breath of fresh air! Other places were scheduling estimates weeks and weeks away or you could do a "picture" estimate. No thanks - I wanted someone to actually look at the car and talk to me. Vickie said I could come in that very day and the estimate was so fair I just left my car and got a ride home. I was kept updated throughout the process, which couldn't have been better. If you want someone you can trust and also hang out with the "salt of the earth", this mom & pop shop is for you! Thank you, Dale and Vickie (for the car wash too :)."
"I would definitely recommend everyone to go to Dale & Vicki's!! They are wonderful. Had my car fixed in a couple of days. And the job was great! They were so nice and a complete pleasure to do business with. Oh and I absolutely love Vicki!!!"
"Did great work after a moving van took the door off my car. Had me back on the road quickly and took the time to walk me through the salvage title process. Definitely recommend."
"Called today to get an estimate for a repair and spoke with Vicki who was very nice over the phone. Arrived at the store and walked into the empty front office, so I figured I’d walk over to the garage and see if anyone was there. Dale comes out of the office and rudely asks why I didn’t wait. I have zero issues taking my money to a different shop that treats customers with some level of respect. Edit: Only sharing my experiences I’ve dealt with over the years but I appreciate the analysis. Not trying to ruin your reputation, I’m sure you do fine work. Just not going to give my also hard earned money to someone who can’t somewhat politely greet someone."
