"Update: 4 weeks or so have passed since I left this review on here. The management could have and should have seen this and could have made an attempt to reach out to me to get more information... In order to improve their service. Well they didn't. I changed my review to 1 star since there is not an option for 0 stars. Original review: This was perfect example of a place not to go to. The staff was not friendly. The way i was treated leaves me to question if there were racial undertones at play. People forget racism works in all directions and is unacceptable period. After trying to flag down an employee who ignored me while she swept the floor, I then had to wait a while for her to bring me sneakers to try on. If I wasn't leaving for a trip the next day I would have walked out ."

"I am surprised at all the wonderful reviews for this store. My experience unfortunately was the complete opposite. I have never stepped foot in this store until today... and when I first walked in with my friend we were not acknowledged at all by the staff, evening walking around the store, no one said anything to us. Horrible. Will never comeback. Selections sucks too."

"Awesome customer service! Keena( I hope I spelled her name right) was a great help to me. I needed to exchange something and she helped me find my purchase. Super polite and professional. She never complained or had negative body language because she had to go the extra mile to help me. There we other young ladies there but I didn’t catch their names. They were great also."
