"This store had "Cash only" sign on the door in the late morning and STILL when we went back 4.5 hours later.....on a Saturday! Called corporate later to see if they were still on this status and All they could provide was the store phone number. Called Many times....no answer. SNIPES located next door got our $820.48 (hat/shirts not shown)."

"Walked in today on last minute to get sneakers to wear to a concert. For the last 10 years I've been buying discount sneakers or online. I was instantly reminded why I went that route and left the sneaker game to the kids. Of course tons of guys standing around and the only help was a girl who knew what a customer was. When trying on the pair the owner/manager/ bad secret shopper old white guy stood over me as if I was gonna run off with one shoe. I put it back in the box and immediately walked to the register. Then he and the guys stood between the counter and the door which I get bc of the thefts but I became less understanding waiting for 10 minutes for one of them to ring me up. You'd think they'd want the money asap to cut down on the shoplifter yay or nay voting time. Whatever, I got the shoes I wanted to match my outfit for the concert. Def going back to online and famous footwear shopping though"

"As soon as I walked I was greeted by an associate while looking around for sneakers I was asked by 3-4 different associates did I need help. The cashier was pleasant when I did in fact check out the entire experience and staff were very friendly and helpful."
