"Terrible customer service. Truly unhelpful, unprofessional, and condescending. They had an item shipped to their store for me as they didn’t have my size. It showed as delivered but when I came to pick it up they weren’t there. I needed this item for a trip the next day. Instead of offering to help they told me it is my problem and I needed to contact the shipper and they weren’t giving me a refund FOR AN ITEM I NEVER RECEIVED. Very rude through the whole process."

"Not sure of his name but there was a manager there that treated me like complete garbage. I didn’t have a receipt and he was absolutely unwilling to look up my information to help me with a return. Short, brunette man with a horrible attitude. It wasn’t until we requested a different manager that we were able to resolve the situation. We were able to look up my phone number and email and find the transaction. Incomprehensible that a system falls to pieces when I can’t find a tiny piece of paper, not to mention that I would be treated so poorly. It’s a return, not some outlandish request. Either way, I’ve had great experiences at this location in the past but this man makes me really think that either he’s in the wrong industry or that I probably will just shop online from now on. Truly a shame."

"I knew what I wanted, their new Borealis mini backpack, perfect for short people, weighs only 8 oz. I got immediate service, but I slowed the process down when I found the bag in the store comes in 2colors not shown on the website (blue and purple if you care); we still completed the purchase in 5 minutes. I took advantage of an available seat to empty my purse and fold it into the backpack, adjust the straps,and toss in my belongings. In and out in 15 minutes and I carried the pack for another 4 hours with no back pain. A win-win."
