Email customer service is also a black hole. Buy from somewhere else if you can. Gritty would never approve of this behavior."

"Terrible. I bought a 76ers sweatshirt, realized when I brought it home that it had a manufacturer’s defect in that the logo was off-center. I drove back to the store within the 30-day window of when I purchased the sweatshirt and was told I *had* to return it online. When I tried to return it online, because I didn’t have an email or order number through Fanatics, I was unable to set up a return. What a scam."

"Terrible I Ordered online for a store pickup. Called 5x and left messages Sent multiple emails. Order was for a time sensitive holiday Jersey. Only getting one star because i can not give 0 stars. No surprise considering how the Philadelphia Flyers have treated their Season Ticket holders in the 21/22 season. I would cancel my order however you can not do that online. You must get in contact with them. Cant do that if they never answer phone or call back Unbelievably poor service"
