"Even as someone who has very little (okay, zero) experience in running shoe stores, I immediately felt very comfortable in Philadelphia Runner. The staff was helpful & engaging without being pushy. The displays were neat, approachable, and seemed to represent a happy medium level of variety that felt distinctly curated. The foot & gait analyses were interesting, and the treadmill was tremendously helpful to determining which shoes did and didn't feel natural at pace. There were a LOT of other shoppers in the store while I was there, but the level of organization and efficiency kept things from feeling chaotic at any point. I had a great experience and was able to successfully purchase my first pair of runners! Highly recommend."
